Brief History of Philippine Media

History   We all know that media is about communication in many ways. Way back then, media in our country was not that much into technology. They’re more of into handwritings just like how journalists do. This is where we know all the information about what's happening to our country and even the whole world’s phenomenal crisis.  Pre-Colonial Traces (Alibata) On the late 14th century to the late 19th century, it is believed that Alibata is used in these years when Spaniards started colonizing the Philippines. In today's generation, we are using our most commonly used alphabet writing. There's only one place in the Philippines that still use this type of script which is the Mangyans from the island of Mindoro and the Tagbanwa from the island of Palawan. (Del Superior Govierno) Del Superior Govierno is the first newspaper in town after printing was introduced here by the Spanish friars way back on August 8, 1811. The newspaper was edited by Mariano
